These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of AusReviews (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

AusReviews helps businesses send review request messages and collect private feedback. The Service may include integrations such as Google Business Profile, email delivery, SMS delivery, and payment processing.

2. Eligibility and accounts

• You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• You must use the Service only for lawful business purposes.

3. Your content and client data

You may upload or enter information into the Service such as client names, email addresses, and phone numbers ("Customer Data"). You represent and warrant that you have the right to collect and use that Customer Data and to send the messages you initiate through the Service.

4. Messaging (Email/SMS) and consent

You are responsible for ensuring you have any required consent or lawful basis to contact your clients by email or SMS, and for complying with applicable marketing, spam, and telecommunications laws.

• Do not use the Service to send unsolicited, deceptive, or abusive messages.
• Delivery is not guaranteed; carrier and provider filtering may occur.

5. Plans, trials, billing, and payments

We may offer a free trial and paid subscription plans. Plan features and usage limits may vary by tier. If you exceed limits or your plan is inactive/expired, we may block sending until you upgrade or renew.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card details. Charges may appear as Blu Mint Digital.

6. Third-party services

The Service relies on third parties (including Google, Stripe, Twilio, and Resend). Their services are subject to their own terms and policies, and availability may change.

7. Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to bypass usage limits or access another user's data.
• Do not introduce malware or attempt to disrupt the Service.
• Do not use the Service for illegal, infringing, or harmful activities.

8. Privacy

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, or any particular business outcome (including review volume or ratings).

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service and other users.

We may update the Service and these Terms from time to time. We will post updated Terms on this page and update the effective date.
